Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.142 - PROCESSING STANDARDS

The Department will determine Food Stamp eligibility within thirty (30) days of the application date. The application date is the day the AFA is received and date stamped by the Field Office. The application date for a person released from a public institution is the release date, if the person applied for Food Stamps before his release. The AFA must contain at least the applicant's name and address. The AFA must be signed by a responsible household member or representative. (3-17-22)
