Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.386 - TRANSFER OF RESOURCES

If a household transfers a resource within three (3) calendar months before the date of application for Food Stamps, determine if the transfer was made with the intent to qualify for the Food Stamp Program. Disqualify a household if the transfer was made with the intent to qualify for the Food Stamp Program. After a household is certified for Food Stamps, the transfer of a resource to remain eligible for Food Stamps will result in disqualification. (3-17-22)
