Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.676 - PERSONS LIABLE FOR FOOD STAMP CLAIMS
The persons listed in Subsections 676.01 through 676.03 are responsible for paying a claim. (3-17-22)
01.
Adult Household Members. Adult members of the household at the
time of the overissuance or trafficking, are liable. They are individually and
jointly liable, whether residing in the household where the claim arose, or in
any other household. (3-17-22)
02.
Sponsor of an Alien. The sponsor of an alien household member, if
the sponsor is at fault for the claim. (3-17-22)
03.
Person Connected to the
Household. A person connected to the household, such as an authorized
representative, who actually trafficks, or causes an overissuance or
trafficking. (3-17-22)
