Idaho Admin. Code r. 58.01.08.001 - TITLE AND SCOPE

Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 58.01.08, "Idaho Rules for
Public Drinking Water Systems." (3-24-22)
02.
Scope. The purpose of these
rules is to control and regulate the design, construction, operation,
maintenance, and quality control of public drinking water systems to provide a
degree of assurance that such systems are protected from contamination and
maintained free from contaminants which may injure the health of the consumer .
