Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 58.01.16, "Wastewater Rules."

Scope.
These rules establish the procedures and requirements for the planning, design
and operation of wastewater facilities and the discharge of wastewaters and
human activities which may adversely affect public health and water quality in
the waters of the state. (3-31-22)
