Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 307.4000 - General Provisions

a) Applicability. This Subpart BE applies to any pulp, paper, or paperboard mill that introduces or may introduce process wastewater pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works (POTW).

b) General definitions. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 430.01(2012). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

c) Monitoring requirements. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 430.02(2012). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

d) Best management practices. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 430.03(2012). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.
