Ill. Admin. Code tit. 56, § 300.700 - Scope of Subpart D
Nothing in this Subpart shall be construed to permit an employer to violate the provisions of the Minimum Wage Law [820 ILCS 105 ] or the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 USC 201 et seq.).
