Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1010.350 - Suspension or Revocation
a) The
Secretary of State may suspend or revoke any Illinois Registration or exemption
therefrom when authorized by any provision of the Code.
b) The Secretary of State may rescind any
order of suspension, revocation or cancellation as provided by law.
