Ill. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 1317.40 - Disorderly Conduct
The following shall constitute disorderly conduct and be reason for a civil penalty, suspension, or revocation of a driver's license:
a) Failure to obey the stewards' or judges'
orders;
b) Failure to drive when
programmed unless excused by the stewards;
c) Appearing in the paddock in an unfit
condition to drive;
d)
Fighting.
e) Assaults;
f) Offensive and profane language;
g) Smoking on the track in silks during
actual racing hours or in the barns and stables;
h) Warming up a horse prior to racing without
silks; or
i) Disturbing the
peace.
