Ill. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 321.20 - Account Opening
a) The
licensee may offer to open for its patrons:
1) daily, anonymous accounts, where balances
are purged at the end of the day and any remaining balance is available as a
voucher;
2) permanent, named
accounts that remain open at the end of the day, and that require the patron to
provide all pertinent data;
3)
permanent, anonymous accounts (i.e., the new type of Cash Card account) that
remain open at the end of the day, and for which no customer data is known;
and
4) voucher accounts, where the
patron cashes a winning ticket and has the winnings placed on a voucher in lieu
of cash. A voucher is the same as cash but payouts are not automatically
credited to a sum.
b)
The patron may choose to credit winning payouts in cash and may choose to close
or cash-in the account at any time.
