Ill. Admin. Code tit. 17, § 3710.10 - [Effective until 6/29/2025] Purpose

This Part is adopted to meet the requirements of 615 ILCS 5/18(k) of the Rivers, Lakes and Streams Act and to comply with the rules and regulations of the National Flood Insurance Program codified as 44 CFR 59-60, as amended.
