Ill. Admin. Code tit. 17, § 3710.40 - [Effective until 6/29/2025] Reports and Certification
a) Certification
and As-Built Documentation. The applicant is required to submit certification
by a licensed professional engineer or registered land surveyor that the
finished fill and building elevations were accomplished in compliance with
Section 3710.20 of this Part.
Floodproofing measures must be certified by a registered professional engineer
or registered architect as being compliant with applicable floodproofing
standards.
b) All certifications
that are required by this Section shall be filed with the Department within 90
days of completion of the permitted activities.
