Ill. Admin. Code tit. 17, § 630.30 - Hearing
a) Within 10 days
of the original notice the affected parties may, in writing, petition the
Department to conduct a hearing on the merits of the case and provide an
opportunity for presentation of additional relative information.
b) The Department shall evaluate the
testimony provided at the hearing and shall issue a notice of its findings to
the affected parties.
c) Hearing
procedures will be in accord with Part 2530.
