Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 1000.130 - Public Hearings
a) The
Director may conduct public hearings on proposed rulemaking whenever the
interest of the State would be best served by such proceedings or as otherwise
required by law.
b) A formal notice
of a public hearing will be published in the Illinois Register at least 10 days
prior to the hearing. The notice shall include the date, time, and place of the
proceedings.
c) Minutes of public
hearings shall be recorded and shall be available for public inspection at the
Policy and Directives Unit, 1301 Concordia Court, Springfield,
Illinois.
