Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 1301.203 - Statutory Exemptions
Records that are required to remain confidential under Section 1900 of the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act [820 ILCS 405/1900 ], will not be produced as they are exempt under Section 7(1)(a) of FOIA.
