Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 5350.20 - Public Information

a) Members of the public may submit a request for information concerning the rules, subjects, programs, or activities of the State Universities Civil Service System. Such requests must be in writing and must contain the following information:

1) the names and addresses of persons or groups submitting request;

2) the specific rule, subject, program, or activity of the State Universities Civil Service System that is the subject matter of the request; and

3) the specific reasons, facts, or other documentation supporting the request.
