Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 560.330 - Expenditures for Immediate Family Members of Officials
a) Each individual expenditure required to be
reported shall include all expenses made for or on behalf of a State official
and members of the official's immediate family living with the official if the
expenditure was made with the intent to influence the official or to promote
goodwill with the official (Section 6(b) of the Act). The expenditure shall be
reportable as if the expenditure were made to the official.
b) "Immediate family member" shall be defined
as a spouse or child of the official.
c) Expenditures by a lobbyist for or on
behalf of an official who is a member of the lobbyist's immediate family need
not be reported under this Part.
