Ill. Admin. Code tit. 20, § 1740.401 - Eligibility
a) The proposed
Mobile Team budget must be developed and approved by the Advisory Board and
submitted as a part of the application to receive state funds in accordance
with Subpart C of this Part.
b) The
Advisory Board shall, pursuant to Section 3(6) of the Act , submit to the Board
a copy of the equitable formulae it used to assure that participating units of
local government provide their local share of costs to the Mobile Team. The
Advisory Board must identify the standards and criteria it used to develop the
formulae.
