Ill. Admin. Code tit. 20, § 1740.407 - Operational Budget Requirements
a)
The operational budget shall be separated into sub-categories in order for the
Board to determine the necessary funding for each sub-category.
b) Participating units of local government
shall provide at least 10% of the total Mobile Team budget before the Mobile
Team's application is finally approved by the Board.
c) The Board shall approve up to 50% of the
total Mobile Team budget for operational costs if the Mobile Team meets all the
requirements in the Act and rules adopted pursuant thereto, including paragraph
(b) of this Section, providing state funds are available.
