Ill. Admin. Code tit. 20, § 530.40 - Medical Furloughs
a) A medical
furlough shall be granted as recommended by a Department physician or the
Department's Medical Director and approved by the Chief Administrative
Officer.
b) Continuous supervision
shall be required by a correctional facility employee except in cases where the
committed person is classified as minimum security without
supervision.
