Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 226.665 - Record of Proceedings
A record of the hearing shall be made and the cost of such record borne in accordance with 34 CFR 300.512(a)(4) and Section 14 - 8.02 a(g- 55) of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/14-8.02a (g-55)].
