Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 2775.10 - Summary and Purpose
a) The Illinois
Prepaid Tuition Program provides Illinois families with a tax-advantaged method
of saving for college. The purpose of the program is to encourage and better
enable Illinois families to help themselves finance the cost of higher
education.
b) This Part establishes
rules that govern the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Program. Additional rules and
definitions are contained in General Provisions, 23 Ill. Adm. Code
2700.
