Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 375.50 - Costs for Copies of Records
a)
The school may charge the actual cost for providing a copy of school student
records or any portion of such records to parents and students upon request for
such copies, provided that such costs shall not exceed $.35 per page.
b) No parent or student shall be denied a
requested copy of school student records due to inability to bear the cost of
such copying.
