Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 670.10 - Definitions
"Act" means the Educational Partnership Act [110 ILCS 40 ].
"Hiring Entity" means either a public institution of higher education or a school district that hires a student to be a tutor under this Part.
"Program" means a tutoring services program created under the Educational Partnership Act.
"Public Institution of Higher Education" has the meaning given to that term under Section 1 of the Board of Higher Education Act [110 ILCS 205 ].
"School Code" means 105 ILCS 5.
