Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 218.526 - Testing and Monitoring
a) Upon
reasonable request by the Agency, the owner or operator of an air oxidation
process shall demonstrate compliance with this Subpart by use of the methods
specified in Appendix C. This Section does not limit the USEPA's authority,
under the Clean Air Act, to require demonstrations of compliance.
b) A person planning to conduct a VOM
emissions test to demonstrate compliance with this Subpart shall notify the
Agency of that intent not less than 30 days before the planned initiation of
the tests so that the Agency may observe the test.
