Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 310.443 - Revocation

The Board may revoke a pretreatment permit under Section 33 of the Act [415 ILCS 5/33 ] and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 103. Causes for revocation of a permit include:

a) Violating permit conditions, including schedules of compliance, monitoring, and inspection;

b) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failure to disclose fully all relevant facts; or

c) A change in circumstances that mandates either a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the discharge.
