BOARD NOTE: Derived from 40 CFR 403.20(2003). A Project XL agreement among the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, the Agency, and USEPA and described at 66 Fed. Reg. 50336 (October 3, 2001) received final approval by USEPA and the Agency on August 30, 2001.
