Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 380.330 - Meetings
a) The Chairman of
the Board of Certification shall convene two regular meetings
annually.
b) Five voting
representatives shall constitute a quorum. No official action shall be taken
without agreement of five voting members. A special meeting may be called upon
agreement of a quorum.
c) Written
notice must be given at least ten days in advance of meetings except in
emergency situations.
