Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 611.910 - Notice by the Agency on Behalf of a PWS
a) The Agency may issue the notice required
by this Subpart V on behalf of the owner and operator of the PWS supplier if
the Agency complies with the requirements of this Subpart V.
b) The responsibility of the PWS supplier
when notice is given by the Agency. The owner or operator of the PWS supplier
remains responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this Subpart V are
met.
