Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 615.442 - Required Closure of Units Located Within Minimum Setback Zones
A person must not cause or allow the operation within a minimum setback zone of any surface impoundment unit after January 10, 1994. Closure must be completed by January 10, 1995.
