Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 724.413 - Special Requirements for Incompatible Wastes
Incompatible wastes or incompatible wastes and materials (see Appendix E for examples) must not be placed in the same landfill cell, unless Section 724.117(b) is complied with.
