Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 815.101 - Scope and Applicability
a) The requirements of this Part are applicable to all landfills exempt from permits pursuant to Section 21(d) of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 1111/2, par. 1021(d)). All reports and information required under this Part shall be filed with the Agency or retained on site in accordance with the requirements set forth in each Subpart.
b) All general provisions in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 810 apply to this Part.
