Ill. Admin. Code tit. 38, § 140.60 - Fees
a) A printed
schedule of fees charged by a licensee shall be given to the debtor prior to
the initial counseling session.
b)
A licensee shall not charge any fee in excess of those provided in Section 12
of the Act.
