Ill. Admin. Code tit. 38, § 140.80 - Advertising
a) Advertising
shall not be false, misleading or deceptive [205 ILCS
665/13 ]. No statement shall be permitted that states
or implies that no financial problem is too great for the licensee to solve. No
statement shall be permitted that states or implies that the licensee will use
his own cash to pay the debtor's accounts. All advertisements shall contain the
phrase, "we do not lend money".
b)
Upon specific request by the Division, licensees shall forward to the Director
the complete text of all advertising copy.
c) All advertising shall contain the true
name and address of the licensee.
