Ill. Admin. Code tit. 50, § 4515.30 - Certification Required
a) No
individual or entity shall act as, offer to act as, or advertise any service as
a Navigator, In-Person Counselor, Certified Application Counselor or Certified
Application Counselor Organization in this State unless the individual or
entity is certified by the Department pursuant to this Part.
b) The Director shall determine the length,
no less than 12 months, of the effectiveness of any certification issued
pursuant to this Part.
