Ill. Admin. Code tit. 56, § 200.240 - Mixed-Earning Policies
a) An employer
may provide some of its employees paid leave in form of frontloading, and other
employees paid leave via accrual, if the employer's paid leave policy or
policies meets all of the requirements of the Act and this Part.
b) An employer shall not illegally
discriminate or otherwise violate state or federal law when determining which
employees qualify for frontloading or accrual.
