Ill. Admin. Code tit. 62, § 1784.4 - Responsibilities
a) It is the
responsibility of the applicant to provide to the Department all of the
information required by this Part, except where specifically exempted in this
Part.
b) It is the responsibility
of State and Federal governmental agencies to provide information to the
Department where specifically required in this Part.
