Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1175.441 - Licensed Barber Teacher Seeking License as Cosmetology Teacher
A licensed barber teacher may apply for licensure as a cosmetology teacher. Each applicant shall file an application on forms provided by the Division that includes:
a) The
applicant's current barber teacher license number;
b) The applicant's current cosmetology
license number or an official transcript showing successful completion of the
supplemental cosmetology course (see Section
1175.532) and proof of passage
of the cosmetology examination; and
c) The required fee set forth in Section
1175.100.
