Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1246.20 - Examination
a) The examination
for licensed electrologists shall be the IBEC (International Board of
Electrology Certification) examination.
b) The passing score on the examination shall
be the passing score of the testing entity.
c) Applicants who fail the examination 3
times in Illinois or any other jurisdiction shall be required to submit proof
of successful completion of 100 hours in an electrology education program in a
course of study on the subjects of the portion failed in the third
examination.
