Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1253.50 - Change of Ownership
a) When
the business changes ownership, a new application shall be filed with the
Department in accordance with Section
1253.20.
b) Change of ownership is defined as, but not
limited to:
1) whenever the controlling entity
of the licensee changes; or
2)
change in the legal form under which the controlling entity is
organized.
