Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1445.240 - Authorization for Third Party Designees to Review Courses
a) Pursuant to Section 60 of the Act, the
Department may utilize a third party to act as the Board's designee to review
course materials submitted for approval.
b) The Department may consider the
recommendation of the Board on the utilization of the third party.
