Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1455.380 - Instructors for the Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Prerequisite Education Course
a) Instructors
for the Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser prerequisite education course
shall be real estate appraisers who have held the certified residential or
certified general credential in any jurisdiction for at least three
years.
b) Instructors shall not
have received any published disciplinary action against their license or
certification from any jurisdiction within the three years prior to instructing
education courses.
