Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1510.40 - Violations and Penalties
a) The
Department shall have the authority to suspend, revoke or take other
disciplinary action against any licenses granted under this Part upon
conviction of a violation(s) of federal, state or local drug laws or
regulations, and may impose fines or civil penalties not to exceed $1000 for
each violation of this Part. Before any license may be suspended or revoked, or
fines or civil penalties provided for herein may be imposed, a wholesale
distributor shall have a right to prior notice and a hearing pursuant to 68
Ill. Adm. Code 1110.
b) The
Department may suspend or revoke any license granted under this Part for
willful and serious violations of this Part.
