(1) [GREATER THAN] 25 minutes from Trauma Center, transport to nearest participating trauma hospital.
[GREATER THAN] 30 minutes from Trauma Center or participating trauma hospital, transport to nearest hospital.
[GREATER THAN] 45 minutes from Trauma Center or participating trauma hospital in a rural area where there is no comprehensive emergency department available, transport to the nearest hospital.
