Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 100.17 - Final Orders
a) A written
final order shall be issued in every contested case. A final
order shall include findings of fact and conclusions of law, separately
stated. All final orders shall specify whether they are final
and subject to the Administrative Review Law and any applicable
licensing statute. (Section 10-50 of the IAPA)
b) A final order shall be served on
parties or their agents appointed to receive service of
process, by any means that will satisfy the requirements for service
of process under Section 10-25 of the IAPA.
