Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 1100.370 - Occupancy/Utilization Standards
a) As a
measure of service capability and efficient operation, occupancy or utilization
targets are established by category of service within this Plan (77 Ill. Adm.
Code 1100 and 1110).
b) Facilities
and services should operate at or above the prescribed utilization
targets.
