Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 2070.10 - Definitions
a) "Act" as used in
this part means the "Illinois Controlled Substances Act," effective August 16,
1971, as amended.
b) The
definitions contained in Section 102 of the Act are applicable herein, unless
the context otherwise requires.
