Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 300.1231 - Calculation of Direct Care Staffing During Inspections, Surveys and Evaluations
a)
Calculation of direct care staffing during inspections, surveys and evaluations
will be based on the finalized working schedule and daily census report totals
for the two-week period preceding the first day of the inspection. The work
schedule shall be determined as outlined in Section
300.1230(k) and
shall be provided upon request.
b)
For certified facilities, copies of nurse staffing information required by
42 CFR
483.35(g) for the two-week
period preceding the first day of the inspection shall be provided upon
request.
