Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 390.2430 - Sewage Disposal
a) All
sewage and liquid wastes shall be discharged into a public sewage system when
available. (B)
b) When a public
sewage system is not available, sewage and liquid wastes shall be collected,
treated, and disposed of in a private sewage disposal system. The design,
construction, maintenance, and operation of the system shall comply with the
"Department's rules entitled "Private Sewage Disposal Code" (77 Ill. Adm. Code
905). (B)
