Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 390.3010 - Structural
a) Buildings and
all parts thereof shall be maintained structurally to support all dead, live
and lateral loads. (B)
b) Buildings
shall be maintained in good repair. Buildings that show signs of distress shall
be repaired immediately. (B)
